Latifah Ahlam

Latifah pushes us to excel. We sometimes make her crazy with taking so long to put together routines, but even when we are racing the deadline she helps us focus on doing things beautifully instead of just doing them. Latifah's dance style is graceful, but with punch in all the right places. She is a natural dancer and her years of experience really shows in every movement she makes. Her hands are so graceful and she has a playful way of dancing that captivates.

Latifah is very creative, especially when it comes to her dance moves. She's not just a bellydancer, she's also a wonderful mom, artist, and actress. She brings a variety of influences to the dance, making her every performance a true fusion style. She's got marvelous stage presence and you can see her passion for the dance in the way she moves. She's a graceful and wonderful teacher and we're thankful to have her in our troupe.

As the most experienced performer in the troupe, Latifah is counted upon to encourage, inspire and to help each of us to develop our skills. Her skill and charm reflect in each shimmy!
