In 2005, a group of not so ordinary women
decided that
their love of dance and playing dress up
was extraordinary
- thus the evolution of their passions into
Hip Savvy.
Wooed by jewelry, makeup, and the love of
movement,
these American Tribal Style Belly Dancers
embrace all cultures and music
upon the foundation of Middle Eastern Music
and Oriental Dance.
The transition from classroom dancers to
public performers has surprised even them.
Who would have thought these assorted professional
women would brave pre-performance jitters
to get out there and dance like they really
mean it.
In 2007 we went through a rebirth -
wich explains the new faces and absence
of our other friends.
We are excited by the new energy and experience
now gracing our troupe!
